Our mission is to provide gluten-free goods that are local and loaded with good for you ingredients.

We provide full flavor without being overly sweet. 

We use RBST butter and dairy, cane sugar, Bobs Red Mill flours, organic produce, organic flax and fair trade chocolate. We operate out of a commercial kitchen and take extensive measures to ensure that gluten contamination is eliminated by having our own equipment and workspace.

Utensils and equipment are kept covered when not in use. the time between gluten being used in the kitchen and when we are operating is 17 hours at a minimum. We use ingredients that are GF free certified, as well as RBST and GMO-free.
